Conditions of Trade.

Delivery

We pack and send orders daily.

All orders are sent the same day orders are received or the following weekday.

During holidays ect a longer time of delivery must be expected.

Freight prices :

Delivery in Denmark : is using PostNord. You will receive a tracking number when orders are shipped.

Postnord : Delivery with Postnord to place of delivery free of choice is 5 EUR

Freight free of rates over 135 EUR

Abroad : Abroad delivery is through Leman. You will receive a tracking number and a ship notice if you are not at home at the time of delivery.

Delivery prices in Germany, Belgium, Sweeden, Finland, Austria, The Netherlands are 20 EUR

Delivery prices in Great Britain, Ireland, Poland and Lithuania are 20 EUR

Delivery prices in Italy, Spain, Potugal, France are 20 EUR

Delivery to other contries in Europe are 30 EUR

Delivey overseas 100 EUR free of freight over 1.600 EUR.

Please notice:  Delivery to islands is extra.

Payment

The following credit cards can be used : MasterCard, Dankort/Visa Dankort, Visa Card, Mobilpay and JCB.

The card will be depitet the same day the shipment is completed.

Cancellation/return of purchase

Fabric Copenhagen offers you the right to cancel your order until 14 days from the day of receiving.

If you want to cancel the order you must not break the sealed packaging and the goods must be returned at your expense to :

Fabric Copenhagen, Slotsvej 49B, 2920 Charlottenlund Denmark.

Its important that the sealed packaging is unbroken or the payment cannot be transferred back.

Please state order number, phone number and address on returning.

You will have acted due to the terms of cancellation if you send a message concerning your wish to use your right to cancel until the 14 days from receiving.

It is not enough not to accept the delivery

Please notice that freight must be with distribution since FBC has no time for collecting at Postnord.

Deliveries without distribution will be returned unopened to sender.

The goods must be returned in the same packing unbroken.

Return payment

Will follow after FBC has received the sealed packaging unbroken but not a possible amount of freight.

The returned amount will be transfered back through NETS using the same card as used for the original payment.

If Mastercard is used up to 30 days may pass before the amount is transferred back although FBC transfers back the amount at once.

There are no fees on the returning.

Cost of return of purchase to FBC is paid by the customer and is dependant on the freight company you use.

Always remember to get a tracking number for your own security that the goods have been returned.

We strongly recommend not to refuse aceptance of goods or non-collection of goods since if so FBC will have to pay extra return freight cost. If so this cost will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Please notice that FBC will not receive parcels sent without distribution.

It is your responsibility that the parcel is delivered at our address and we recommend using freight with tracking number.

Value deterioration. You are only reponsible for possible deterioraion of the value of the goods due to handling apart from what is necessary to establish the kind and function of the goods.

When we have received the goods back and controlled that the goods meet the conditions of the use of the right to cancel the purchase and the sealed packaging of the goods is unbroken we will transfer the purchasing amount with the deduction of a possible value deterioration to the credit card used within a few days.

Complaints

The Scandinavian Law of Obligations applies to your purchase.

Thus you are justified to complain within 2 years in case of a defect of the goods if this defect was there at the time of purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with our treatment of your complains you may complain to

The Consumer Complaints Board If you have acted as an individual. And if the amount is higher than 68 EUR.

The purchase is not confirmed until the goods are shipped.

Supply of goods on the webshop must be seen as a possibility to make an offer.

It is up to FBC to accept or refuse this offer.

The purchase is binding when FBC ships the order. in this situation please notice that the order confirmation of the webshop is generated automatically and that they can therefore not be seen as an acceptance of the offer of the customer. Likewise the customer can withdraw his offer to FBC untill the goods have been shipped. After this the customer has 10 days` right of return.

Confidentiality and personal data

All personal data stated on purchase are only used to complete an order and its shipment.

The information is thereafter stored for 5 years according to bookkeeping legislation.

Security

For all electronic payments an encrypted SSL conection is used. This is approved by NETS.
